New Venturing Advisor Instructor Syllabus

An updated Syllabus is now available at https://www.scouting.org/training/adult/ and supersedes all previous versions. Updates are being worked on for the Online Learning and will be released when completed. Both the Facilitator Led and Online will be aligned in content. 

This course is intended to provide Venturing crew Advisors with the basic information they need to help Venturers manage a crew. 

The course is designed to be taught as a separate training in one or two sessions. The total time necessary is about three and a half hours. 

The course can be held indoors or in a camp retreat setting. The course is also designed to be conducted in a small group setting of about six to eight participants.
